Tour Overview

Day 1

Transfer from the Airport - City Tour in Yerevan (Duration of the Excursion is 5-6 Hours)

After your arrival at the airport, you will be transferred to the hotel. On this day, a city tour of Yerevan, one of the most ancient cities in the world, awaits you. As part of the city tour, you will visit Republic Square, Cascade, the building of the Opera and Ballet Theater, Mashtots Avenue and Saryan Wine Street. The excursion program also includes a visit to the Museum of History of Armenia.
Day 2

Echmiadzin Cathedral - Zvartnots Temple (Tour duration 4-5 Hours)

After breakfast at the hotel, you will have a visit to Etchmiadzin Cathedral in the religious centre of Armenia. Then we will go to Zvartnots Cathedral.
Day 3

Khor Virap Monastery - Areni - Noravank (Tour Duration 8-9 Hours)

We will visit Khor Virap monastery. Departure to the wine village Areni, where we will have a tour of the Hin Areni (we will visit the wineries). After the excursion, we will go to the monastery of Noravank and visit the Birds Cave.
Day 4

Geghard Monastery - Garni Temple (Tour Duration 5-6 Hours)

Breakfast in the hotel. Excursion to the Geghard monastery carved into the rock. After we will visit the only surviving pagan temple of Garni in Armenia.
Day 5

Yerevan - Lake Sevan - Dilijan City - Sanahin I Haghpat Monasteries - Tbilisi - Transfer to the Hotel (Duration 8-9 Hours)

On the fifth day, we will go to Tbilisi. On the way to Tbilisi, we will visit the blue pearl of Armenia - Lake Sevan. Then we will go to the city of Dilijan, Armenian Switzerland. Here we will visit the monasteries of Sanahin and Haghpat, which are included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Then we will go through the Armenian-Georgian border to the wonderful city of Tbilisi.
Day 6

Tbilisi - Mtskheta - Svetitskhoveli - Jvari Monastery - City Tour Of Tbilisi - Narikala Fortress

After breakfast in Tbilisi, we will go to the 11th century Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, visit the incredible beauty of Jvari Monastery, the construction of which begun in the 6th century. After you will enjoy a sightseeing tour of Tbilisi, within which you will see an Armenian church, a Jewish synagogue and a Turkish mosque, as well as the famous Tbilisi sulfur baths. The tour will end with a visit to the Narikala fortress.
Day 7

Ananuri Fortress - Ski Resort Gudauri - Church of Gergeti Trinity

After breakfast, on the seventh day of the tour, we will go to Ananuri fortress, near the picturesque Zhinvali reservoir. After that we will go to the ski resort of Gudauri, then on an off-road car, we will reach the church of Gergeti Triniti of the 14th century, at an altitude of 2180 m above the sea level.
Day 8

Kakheti Region - Sighnaghi - Through the Desert David-Gareji To the Monastic Complex

In the morning we will head to Kakheti region - the land of the most delicious Georgian wines. After that, we will go to the city of lovers - Sighnaghi, founded by King Heraclius II in the 18th century. In Sighnaghi we will visit the local wine cellar and taste Georgian wines. Then, in the desert of David Garegé, we will head towards the monastery complex, founded by Father David in the 6th century.
